Due to the ongoing pandemic, Jamaica Post will only ship to the following countries in the following regions:

  • Caribbean - Antigua and Barbuda, Aruba, Barbados, Belize,  Cayman Islands, Curacao, Dominican Republic, Grenada, Haiti, Montserrat, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Maarteen
  • North America - Bermuda, Canada, USA
  • Central & South America - Argentina, Belize, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Panama, Peru
  • Europe - France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Ireland, Netherlands (Holland), Spain, United Kingdom (Great Britain)
  • Asia - South Korea
  • Middle East - Israel

Please refrain from making an order if you are NOT in any of these countries. Jamaica Post will reject the package. We really appreciate your patience and understanding.

NOTE:  Orders shipped to the United States must have a U.S. credit card billing address to be placed online.

All orders are shipped through Jamaica Post to your country's main postal service. Example: For USA orders, Jamaica Post ships it and once it is in the USA, USPS takes over and can be tracked via their website or the Jamaica Post website. 

For lashes and non-personalized jewelry items, give about 1-3 business days for processing your order. Most orders go out immediately! All shipping is priority. The shipping time will be what the customers chooses at the checkout.

 

Please note that we cannot be held accountable for delays in custom clearance. 

For all personalized orders, they are made to order and therefore needs 14 business days to be hand made specifically for you, exactly as requested. This does not include processing or shipment time. Use order note section to write the name exactly how you want it to appear on the item. If you did not do so, please contact us as soon as possible. After 24 hours, no refund or order cancellation will be accepted because production would have began already. This applies only to customized orders. 

For all other orders, once your order has been marked as shipped, no refund or cancellation will be accepted.
